Colleen Sanchez-Hunkin is also from Kailua and has been providing nourishment for the kids at Sunshine School since 2013. She loves the honesty of small children and how they keep her on her toes by telling her what they like and don't like about her cooking! In her free time, Colleen enjoys sewing and crafting.
