Crystal Shanks grew up in Boyne City, MI. She graduated from Liberty University with her Bachelor's degree in Religion. She has lived in five different states, traveling for her husband's job. She has five awesome kids who she spends most of her time with. When her youngest son started 2nd grade, she decided to pursue her passion for working with preschoolers. When it was time to relocate to Oahu she searched for employment and landed at Sunshine School. In her free time she enjoys being outside, walking, hiking, and exploring. Most of all she loves to travel.
